As we all know, over the last 5 years we should have bought in October of even years ('96 & '98) and sold in October of odd years. In both '95 & '97 a leading indicator was MU dropping in price due to over capacity and falling prices of DRAM. Now that MU has had a big decline - what makes this different than the past? Is the drop in MU a cause of concern?
