According to the McCellen report, mid-May is the denouement of the tulips. They overlaid 1990 biotech with 1999 internets and the moves in terms of percents and time spans were remarkably similar. As well, their technical analysis says that all stocks start sucking wind then.

FWIW, Alan Abelson also had a graph which displayed M# growth on a 13 week average basis and of course it was growing 10-13% annualized since 1994. There was an 18% spike in October when liquidity was injected, but most recently the average has fallen to 3-4%. This is big time. The mini mo's think it is their brains. It was not, it was a massive liquidity injection and it looks like the Fed is beginning to choke it quietly.....
