Weellllll, I think it has to do with stuff like insider violations, market manipulation, and undeclared promotion.

Just my wild guess, naturally, lolol!

What's your bud Gary gonna do about that default in the Zwebner case, by the way? I hear he finally did respond to the complaint, way too late, acting pro se. And that what he sent 'em was utter gibberish. But then that's not awfully surprising.
