COMS - not likely to deny anything since they are motivated to sell their company and have several active bidders. The right deal may just take some time to close. FORE's takeover today makes the deal even more likely, especially by a European telco biggie. Looking for more than $8 a share more and I think the risk is worth the probable upside at this point.
