Great online map...I had to use my own little Rand McNally at home.
Of course they are probably online too. Anyway, thanks for the info on the "D"...this is an education for me. Actually, the loan is a two part loan for $5M each for a total of $10M backed by the U.S. gov't. This was posted in a May 98 press release that I can no longer find. The press release discussed $10M, I found out it was in two parts from the company PR people.
