Its important not to get caught up on each individual contract with MDIH. The New York contract was not a full blown deal! The importance of that particular contract is the E-Commerce portion of the business that MDIH is entering.

Thats right E-Commerce on the reverse side of each ticket the purchaser has the opportunity to remit the ticket along with $12 to MDIH. In return the remitter gets a T-Shirt advertising the game, and a coupon for 10 additional tickets.

So why is this impressive? Ok lets say MDIH does only 30 games next year (which starts June 1, 1999) in total. If an average of 10 million tickets are printed for each game your talking 300 million tickets. On the reverse side of of each ticket is MDIH's website (note not approved in all states yet) where their exists the second, third and forth chances to win. Additionally, this is where MDIH will be handling merchandise and various other saleable items with some high profile names such as Harley Davidson. So you do the math. If 10% of the ticket purchasers visit the website, and 10% of those decide to make a purchase of lets say $20, that's 60 million in revenue. Lets take 25% of that number and you still get 15 million.

So what is the market cap of the company now 8 million. Can the possibilities of E-Commerce make this 200 million plus. Its now up to MDIH to roll out this division. My guess is before their year end is over next month. If you have been watching the volume as I have the past few weeks some nice blocks have been traded. Looks like the smart money is getting in quietly and early!!!!!!!
