Could be any time now with IDTC now that they have the debt situation squared away. Agree with you that fading the news should be a good trade, something on the order of 10-20% in a day or two.

becareful shorting idtc, you are correct in that they will be spinning off the n2p product, but if voip market continues to gain market share, idtc has the only voip backbone that rings the u.s. and an international presence. they have the fiber and they have the pops, they just do not have recognition.
