Shea, The only way for MSFT to hit 95 again is if the general tech sector or more specifically the PC sector keeps moving up. Remember that there are those people that may like to get out before the re-start of the trial. That is why I am saying the stock may move up just upon the re-start of the trial. The serious buyers now are thinking we could get a selloff in this stock and better buying opportunities---they are not aggressively buying as they see no reason to. It is assumed by a lot of people that the trial will keeping like it has up to now (Boies beating up MSFT). However, I believe there will be a lot of preparation this time and the company will make a strong showing. That is why I might actually add shares just before the re-start and continue this throughout if I see a good "performance".
Of course if there is a settlement, the stock should crack 100 quite easily.

Good luck with your investments
