As I was saying all along. I've worked for a number of packaged goods firms .... they do it all the time. Did you know that most grocery stores lose their shirts on bread and milk just so they can get you into the store to purchase higher margin items.... everybody does it. Not only that... but unless you're selling on consignment, the marketing and sales promotion line is the right place to account for it. It amazes me what people will bring up to try and beat down a stock though... very humorous most of the time.
