If they do not close the deal, it proves broadband is the future if aol and ms out bid t on this one. More fish in the sea. IMHO Good luck Frank

If the deal fails, T will go up a few points, but that is unlikely:
UMG is worth more to T than any other company, and T has the deepest pockets of them all.

T pays $16B/year to baby Bells in access fees...
