On the good side every time we get to the low 23s the institutions buy. On the down side when we get up toward 24 they are selling and forcing us back down. This is not a prescription for success. I would hope by now all the shorts were smart enough to get out and the rest would stay in so we could slowly drift up to where the stock should be, in the low 30s. IMO CPQ movement is generally opposite the DOW.
