Amots, It is certainly possible that Vivus could have them as part of the R&D team for the female SD product instead of fighting them? If the couple is smart they will just get on the payroll and maybe get some sort of milestone bonuses on the R&D front. It is probably better for both to work together. This way they can get a product to market since the couple already has accumulated data on human trials which may allow Vivus to quickly jump the FDA safety hurdle (phase I/II). VLAD loved the close today at the high of 4 13/16. The anal sphincters of the shorts are getting loose. I hope they have good laundry detergent at home.
