Nor should he! But he would get better executions, better advice and a clearer picture of Margin requirements.

david..you'd be surprised at the level a broker, who works on commissions will give even a small account..for he knows his earnings depend on service..for that is all he can offer against on line competition....you are able to build a long term relationship with one individual who becomes familiar with your needs... be it four figure or seven figure portfolio...his cut of the commission still the same!
