The news release basically states that they are not willing to take risks that may impact the company. In the short-term, they have shored up their reserves and put their entrepreneurial mindset back in the closet.

If TFC becomes a billion dollar public company, it would be better to own 83% than 13%, right? Since that valuation remains to be seen the conservative management at ALU sided with what is tangible.
