James, I will reserve most of my comments until after earnings are announced tomorrow. For the record, I hold common stock, not preferred. But I consider the investments by Brock and Cormack as good news. I also consider the employment of Cormack and especially Dever as very good news. As for Cormack making a nice profit if the price is up next year, so would anyone buying today on the open market IF it goes up. He paid a 20 percent premium and is locked in for one year in return for a 9% interest rate the way I read the deal. As for "buying the job", let's see if he can increase revenues enough to "earn" his pay before jumping to that conclusion. And if revenues don't start improving we should all be sent to the showers!
