I had asked the company to look into getting a particular watch that I wanted as well as a camera and this is the response I got: "I have forwarded your request for the watches to the sales department and will forward your camera request. I will actually be at the supplier tomorrow so I'll have a look for you." How's that for good customer service.... I can see my earnings on BIDS slipping away! Good thing they are still on paper!! Its so easy to bid and communicate with the company! Mac
