The PR stated that companies that go to IP can and do in a short time frame.I would expect that Vocl will add revenue to the bottom line this qtr.The bulk will noy come in but by the 3rd and 4th qtr we should see a big increase in not just this sale but also from sales that have been maturing fro a time. Vocl has been saying cycle times and the prospect of quick sales has been getting longer.This is accumulative from the begining of the contact to the time of the sale.They have been working on many deals that they have said were in the long cycle period. They could easily have as many as a dozen big ones waiting for the decision.Today was not exactly overwhelming in price though a day high of 35 percent is nothing to sneeze at.Remember the average guy has not seen this yet and the 14 cities are a make or break deal.I feel they have what it takes to do the do. Look carefully at the csco and the lu and t deals in china in the last 3 months and the coop agreements with v and the ones mentioned. there was a reason for every one of them. I do anticipate that this week alone will see a rise of another 10 to 15% though. I also am waiting very cautiously in the hopes that the Chrysler delegation will bring some money to the industry.I would not at all hesitate to think that this group couldn't put down 40 or 50 million in R$D in a couple companies.I believe they have a liking to Vocaltec and we may see some funds influxed here or maybe a trial and a stock Buy like DT. In any case This is the year that V said would bring forth fruits of labor.I had my doubts but after today I see a veiw that is at least 9 figures buy 2002.The cycle times are long and may be eratic but pretty soon they will be back and in the black,,,way above 30.
