Smart, Do you think CNET's business plan is as compelling as EBAY's? Long neither stock, but I sense EBAY's story/platform has captured the imagination of analysts and the net investment community more so than CNET. What do you think?

.02 to .05 is a good earnings surprise. Besides, EBAY will always be a more profitable STOCK than a COMPANY. Is'nt that what most of these interents stocks are about right now anyways?
