Yes... go to your Tools/Internet options pulldown and get on the advanced page... scroll down on the page and you'll see Java VM... uncheck the Java enabled block and you're there. Microsoft Outlook is your e-mail program and should be embedded in your IE (do you have Ver 4 or 5?). It should be an icon on your status bar... if not go to the options menu again and go to programs page... you'll be able to choose your e-mail program, HTML editor, etc.

Susan, so you bought that new computer... In Explorer click on (view) then click on (Internet option) in the drop box, then click on (Advanced) go to the JAVA block check boxes Java Jit... and Java logging Enable, but NOT Java Console. This is the set up I have seems to work fine.. For Email you can have your own Email package or use Windows "Outlook express" or something else that came with Windows. I'm still using "Win 95" . did you get my email about @home connection?
