To All: I received a late second proxy mailing from the company, with a return envelope to the New York address. After calling the company today I confirmed that any proxies not yet mailed should be mailed directly to Montreal Trust, 510 Burrard St, Vancouver B.C. She suggested FeEx with label clearly marked legal documents to ensure no delay at customs and a timely, overnight arrival. It must be received 48 hours before the time set for the meeting (10:00 am Vancouver, BC time on Friday 4/30). Tomorrow may be the last chance for any of you late folks who have not yet sent in a proxy to support current management. How will you feel if Father Gregory garners enough votes to rock this boat, knowing you failed to send a simple proxy which would have prevented it? All shareholders who support current management should be voting by their proxy!! If you haven't yet mailed, bite the bullet and get it done via FedEx! Scott
