You have that a bit screwed up. They can be redeemed when POS3's stock price is above $234 for 20 days or so, if memory serves. The conversion price is actually $156 and change. I don't remember exactly how the thing worked but if you really want to know read the 1998 10k and look for the 1.25 Billion convert discussion. Even though the bonds went out in Feb '99, they discussed the terms in the '98 report.

In any event, them bonds are looking real sweet about now, especially for someone that bought 'em for the high 70 cents on the dollar shortly after they came out.
