SEBL is technically out of the wood (a bottom is in) after closing above $39. The next resistence is $44 and its old high.

TD - have any clue why CLFY did not participate today while MERQ did?

Thanks Chris.

I heard from Bulldozer at the conference. I thought SEBL had a extra large room to handle the overflow crowd and Tom's ego.

Interestingly enough, he actually said nice things about Clarify as a competitor. They are the companies actually doing well in the space.

What's interesting, (and what the street often misses) is that Oracle will have major challenges in this section even if they actually deliver an acceptable product. Oracle competes with the systems integrators, that's why SAP came from behind Oracle in applications and slaughtered them.

Tom is funny, but I'd bet he's right in his prediction.

OT, we own a nibble (1/8 position) of CMVT.
