Overall, pretty good Interview, Commentators were very aggressive and Dan handled himself pretty well. They asked about the Model and how it will work, for those of you that do not know, FNHC is 1)Online Mortgae Lender, 2)Mortage Banker, 3)Mortgage Broker 4)Mortgage Lender. He discussed how their ONLINE Mortgage Auction will work. Unlike others FINET will first Qualify the individual, then let ALL brokers including itself bid on the loan. It will try to match or beat any bid. They charge only 1/2 a point on loans they originate, pretty low!! Dan complemented E*Loan, which is such a terrific move, because it corralates the two in this business, I will send him an email congratulating him on this interview!! $Mogul
