>"US world control"<
Yep, folks that's what he said.
Yep. He said it. Maybe you can pretend he says it because he's Canadian. But I'm true-blue born-and-bred Yankee, and I say it too.
Look at the record.
Since 1960, the U.S. has been engaged in military operations of one form or another on every continent except Australia and Anarctica.
Just look at the record:
Asia: Korea, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Phillippines, Pakistan (remember that little cruise missle?), Taiwan, Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, I'm sure I'm missing a bunch.
Africa: Somalia, Kenya (or was that aspirin factory in Tanzania?), I know there are others not coming to mind instantly)
Europe: Russia (remember a little matter of Powers U-2 shot down invading Russian airspace?), Croatia, Bosnia, Turkey, now Yugoslavia, probably I'm overlooking more here, too.
The Americas: Cuba (don't even TRY to tell me that the Bay of Pigs wasn't a US military operation), Columbia, Panama, Haiti, heck, Ruby ridge and Waco (maybe not uniformed military forces, but close enough), probably operations in Mexico, and elsewhere.
And I know I'm leaving a huge bunch out.
What other country in the world has been involved in military operations on more than TWO continents, or in one quarter as many countries: None. That's right.
We not only assert, we PRACTICE the right to boss around any countries we want to. We are even willing to kidnap (Noriega) and attempt to kill (Castro, Kadaffi, probably Saddam, others we haven't even heard of) leaders of other nations. And you wonder why the world hates us? You wonder why our World Trade Towers and our airplanes are bombed?
If you want to know why our kids aren't growing up peaceful and law-abiding, you don't have to look at TV violence, at Matrix or Dirty Harry, at rap music, at Goths or Marilyn Manson, at Doom, at the NRA, at bomb making sites on the web, or at any of the other scapegoats that the pundits try to point to when our kids go violent. All you have to do is look at Washigton, D.C. and the belief that since we have the power we are entitled to push people around whenever we want to, and you see why our kids act the same way.
Even as bombs are falling in Yugoslavia, Hillary Clinton goes on TV and decries the culture of violence in our country. HELLO, Hillary. LOOK IN THE BED NEXT TO YOU (if you guys still sleep in the same bed).
As we have sown, so are we reaping.
So yes, nuke, as a nation we ARE on a mission of world control. Just listen to Clinton demanding that Yugoslavia adopt democratic processes as part of our willingness to end the bombing. Will somebody please explain to me WHY WE have ANY right to tell other countries what form of government they should adopt? I thought we fought a bunch of wars to PREVENT that.
HELLO out there. WAKE UP, America. |
