and then look for another one that in the long term can do better .... there isn't any.

The cap gains thing I'll give you, but this ????????????????????????

You are in worse shape than I thought !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For the last year or two, there have hardly been any that have been worse !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You could have made tens of thousands of percentage gains on AOL, YHOO, AMZN, EGRP, and on and on and on and on and on, or just hundreds of percentage gains in DELL, MSFT, INTC, etc....

To say "there isn't any better than CPQ" is simply to bury your head in the sand and not to see the world as it really is.

Your attempt to justify your actions is pretty sad.

But I do hope you and El eventually get some of your money back in this FAT HOG !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jimbo.

Your post comes across like you mean CPQ, you couldn't possibly mean CPQ. They have been losing market share for a long time now (to Dell), so they enter into IBM's territory. Now the CEO & CFO are gone and you think their future looks better than anyone else's?

I'd rather bet on SPY, LU, INTC, NOK, IBM, QQQ, but not CPQ. I wouldn't mind owning some for the long term but I see no real reason to.
