Ed,

Via the Freedom of Information Act you could have already obtained a 400+ page document on the deaths and adverse reactions reported on Viagra. Somebody posted a synopsis of that information on Yahoo. I believe it was Sortahype. As of mid February the global Viagra body count was close to 600 deaths.

I do not know if the FDA is obligated to produce a one year report on the adverse effects but believe me if they don't then the Public Citizen's Group will and then everyone will say "why didn't the FDA inform the consumer of this MESS?" We Vivus investors at SI already know the answer. When you have deep pockets and political clout you can sweep most anything under the rug. But sooner or later it comes back to haunt you. Believe me.

Ed,

Someone just sent me that post put up by Sportahype last week:

messages.yahoo.com

This sportahype guy is a character in that often his info is valid but he is wrong on where he got it. I can assure you that the FDA did not send him a fax of this information. This can't be true. But what the VLAD does know is true is that this information is accurate in that it is a synopsis of the 400+ page report that anyone could have requested and obtained from the FDA via the Freedom of Information Act. Some razor sharp DD dude combed over those 400+ pages and compiled the synopsis. To the best of my knowledge the information is accurate but again there ain't know way sportaype got this from the FDA.

Do you really think that the FDA is going to reveal what a bunch of morons the American public employs to protect us and to look out for the best safety interests of the American consumer? If you do then I have some nice land down here in the Everglades I'll sell ya. Later.
