Singapore Internet service provider Pacific Internet Ltd. [NASDAQ:PCNTF] has engaged IBM Corp. [NYSE:IBM] to provide e-commerce solutions for its E-Hub suite of products. E-Hub provides Web site hosting and real time secure electronic payment services for corporations in Singapore and Asia. It is run by Pacific Internet's Mediaworks division. Mediaworks will receive technical assistance, marketing support and a range of solutions including hardware and software from IBM. The partnership with Pacific Internet is part of a focus by IBM on marketing products and services to Internet service providers through a new business unit.
