Siebel/Sitel:
I own Sitel who provide the infrastructure behind a good part of the CRM story. They trade at 1/4 x sales rather than 9 x sales though, but then they have spent a lot building a #1 position. Worth a look if you like the sector.

Global Strategic Alliance
