I'm VERY pleased to see the Delphi release regarding BMW!! As far as I'm concerned it is a very interesting scenario that is developing.

Take a look at the steps that have taken place here, and it all starts to make sense.

1) Delphi places a purchase order for GLE's Solid Oxide Fuel Cell.

2) Global's technological partner in SOFC development is the Julich Research Institute in GERMANY.

3) And now this release!!! Here's the key points.

a) The agreement is with BMW, a major automotive manufacturer (also in Germany).

b) They intend to use a SOLID OXIDE fuel cell...NOT a PEM (as in Ballard's)!! Now which SOFC do you think they're planning on! <GG!>

c) Timeframe?? As quoted from the release "Delphi, the world's largest automotive supplier, is also committed to the quick implementation of this technology. " Hmmmmmm, maybe they'll use the SOFC ofsomeone who has the technology well advanced?....someone who has just had great power outputs registered??...someone who just brought the operating temperature down substantially???.... someone they just placed a purchase order with???

Now who could that be??!!!! <GGG!!>

I dont' think it is any coincidence at all what is going on here. There are FAR FAR too many complimentary developments going on here!

I bought (back) into GLE today without having seen this release. Had I seen it, I would have bought more! I think a lot of people missed the news because it was put out through Delphi...not GLE (yet!). Was this release a "window on the future" for GLE?

.....just smilin away!!!
