Tahera TAH.TO reports that Kennacott drilled a pipe on the ICE claims. That along with other development may put KLA back into the .40s to .50s. What do you think?

Hello Diamond Daze

The new Klipspringer plant processes 50 tph as that was its designed capacity not its limited flow rate. That plant was designed to process feed from hard rock sources as well as M3 gravels and the figure chosen uses up the slack capacity in the remaining circuit of the larger crushing, separating and possibly dense media circuits. In other words, there was some slack capacity in parts of the larger plant, and this circuit was added to utilize that unused capacity.

If the plant had been designed just to accept alluvial gravels, a prime crusher, secondary crusher and possibly the extensive washing circuits, etc probably would not have been necessary.

Bottom line, I think we are talking apples and oranges. I have no doubt that if the Brazilian plant is doing things in a new and more efficient way SUF will be the first to adopt the technology, but I have not seen any suggesting of that. Who knows though, this sort of thing is not published.

There used to be quite a bit more Brazilian claims information, photos and graphics than there is now on the CNB site. Any idea if this is available some where else now?

Thanks and Regards
