Digger......... Once the new company is defacto...all kinds of news will be coming out regards Hilltop....winter/spring program status, drilling updates, summer program, discoveries/findings to date, general company feelings towards the Hilltop possibilities, etc, etc.......the stock for the new co has a really great potential and any forthcoming good news regards Snap Lake will act as coat tails for Diamondex imo lotta good potential there...

Digger,
A look at a detailed claim map will show that the Hilltop block of claims is actually peppered or checker boarded with SUF-WSP joint venture claims......the holdup on further drilling on the Hilltop claims MAY be related to formal approvals of joint venture budgets, receipt of funds etc. etc. etc......in other words, maybe the 100% Winspear owned targets are now drilled and the remaining targets (I think 80% WSP 20% SUF and partner) might be on JV ground.....until the "cone of silence" is lifted, we won't know for sure.......After a number of careful reads of the info circular, I can't imagine any other reason for a delay.......or is WSP waiting for a deadline for confirmation of participation in writing and/or funds so that they can proceed, or, if funds and/or notification of participation is not received as called for, once a deadline is passed, unilaterally announce, as they did with Aber, deemed dilution and then proceed apace after breakup?

regards,
teevee
