They didn't mention how many shares are outstanding or what the earnings per share are. I take it as an extreme negative. Why would they not put that information in a earnings release unless they had something to hide? After a release like that I wouldn't be surprised to the share count to double again.

Steve, the market hates uncertainty and this stock is full of uncertainty, unfortunately IMHO most of it due to managements' ongoing gyrations. They have not kept shareholders well informed and many of their published releases are not helpful either and that is being charitable IMO.
