I share your enthusiasm...just a bit frustrated we don't know a bit more. It cannot be necessary to have human data to get the patent, and here Vivus is first. So what big deal is it to say that it works in humans when this is not an FDA phase I trial...or is there a phase I trial in progress funded by anothed company....or is it just Wanda, she tried it and had multiple orgasms...thinking about all the money they were going to make!
