Top>Business and Finance>Stocks>Technology>Computer Networks>COMS (3Com Corp) Help - Add to My Yahoo! - Sign Out Rumor making the rounds at H&Q Tech Con by: MisterDotCom 32790 of 32791 The latest rumor heard circulating at the H&Q TechCon in San Fransisco is that two companies will bid for parts of 3Com. Apparently Siemens will buy the Remote Access Products division and another company (possibly Ericsson) will bid for the rest. This parcelling of the company is apparently worth more to 3Com shareholders and doesn't cost the bank for any one suitor. The latter part of this week should be interesting.
