Juback raises the rhetorical question What is the appropriate forward PE to use? and then doesn't answer it. By assuming a P/E he assumes his answer. How does he arrive at that P/E? Only when he can justify that calculus does the rest of his analysis take on any semblance of meaning. In the mean time I must continue to conclude that his analysis was nothing more than rationalization.
