Big Kahuna...may be the article in the NY Times today on Vivus patent for Female Sexual disfunction. Take a little wind out of Viagra for women as a big moneymaker for PFE.

Meanwhile, the pharmaceutical sector continues to slump. Warner-Lambert (NYSE:WLA) lost $1 to $66.88 despite posted earnings a penny ahead of expectations, but below lasts year's number. Analysts are worried about a slowdown in revenues for the second half of the year. Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) fell $3.19 to $123.81. Shares of Merck (NYSE:MRK) dropped $1.75 to $74.

Pharmas are a guauge of market participants' risk-aversion. If they think the market is "risky", they'd move to defensive sectors, such as drugs and foods. If they think all is clear, they will rotate out into other perceived "hot" sectors.
