Sigma Circuits - a high margin, circuit board maker

In that buyout, last summer, the market was taken by surprise, as I recall. The price was not much higher than market and below the 52 wk high - too cheap at $11, appx 4mm shrs, $100mm sales, fast growing business. The consensus on SI was that TYCO got a great deal, the officers got a good deal and Sigma shareholders got very little. jh
