K, i am only a voyeur on this thread. however, one "fact" seems missing. with all of the interest and conjecture that has taken place in the past few months, I am at a loss of words to why none of the posters, who I might add, some of which are stockholders, don't get a copy of the "make or break" agreement and post it on the thread. in this way , each and everyone of you, would be able to come to your own conclusions. I understand that the agreement is readily avialable. in the future I would look forward to seeing the thread posted. until done, there is no sense to discuss what it says and doesn't. if any of the agm stockholders can post the agreement, this will eliminate many questions and clear the air for all. vargas

On January 19, 1999, the Supreme Court of British Columbia granted an order that Newmont Gold Company be added as a defendant to the proceeding between Ag Armeno (Plaintiff) and PI and Merukh (Defendants).
