Some DD questions for anyone who is willing to help. I am looking for whatever quantitative (numerical) information is available on ABFG, the sort that I would usually get from 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, S-1s and S-3s. Specifically, can anyone help me find: * a balance sheet, income statement or cash flow statement. The newer the better, and audited would be nice, but I realize beggars can't be choosers here. I'll take anything! * the number of outstanding shares, options, warrants, preferred, etc. * board of directors info, inside ownership, large shareholders, float size, etc. Thanks for whatever help I might receive, - Daniel
