Duh, since when 3Coms had a Radio Active division (RA division) and what % does this division represent? I guess it's a good idea to get rid of these nuclear stuff to Europeans.

There is no way 3Com will sell their RAS division unless it is part of a plan to sell the rest of the company. They would lose all of their leverage without RAS. Your information might be a reawakening of the prior deal where Siemens was going to buy their Carrier Systems division.
