Annual meetings, in my experience, are almost always a waste of time. Unless, of course, you have an ax to grind against management, I do not anymore. News, if any, tends to get released in advance of the meeting. Even if it is released at the meeting, it will be available on the wire services promptly, possibly even earlier than it gets verbalized at the meeting itself. There may be some excitement since there are many dissatisfied stockholders, to say the least, who may show up. This could make for a very entertaining floor show. Maybe, I will go. Regards, DARBES
