Hank, I have been looking for a lead in. Sledge has not added or taken away from FSTW. The company has done every thing it advertised. And I think its time we as investors separate the company from the stock price. There is pressure to do better and change is the natural progression. That doesn't mean the previous players didn't do their bit - Its only that it wasn't good enough for us. The ones to benefit will be the ones who hang in. We all in our own way did our research into this investment and nothing in the fundamentals has changed, unless you add: Roger Babb to the board, Dever to marketing, Richard B and Cormac to sales.

As to Cormac buying in to his position. Such a "DEAL" I hope he makes millions. At my tender age, I value time the most important. And if Cormac (don't know his first name), plugs in a cool million, he should expect ten (10 million) back. Hoping he's no dummy, I wish him well. Also in the process, I can hang on the coat tales of the visionaries.

Hank, I freely admit I've been plenty wrong in the past, and no doubt will be in the future. My goal is learn from my mistakes and reduce the number of times I make bad calls.

Regarding Netgain: it takes more than "great product" and a good sales force to turn a company around. It takes a management team that can execute a plan, and a market that wants the product being offered at the price it is being offered. In my opinion the FSTW management team has to prove itself in this situation. As for the market acceptance of the product, I still maintain that NetGain does not offer anything radically different from what is already available. FSTW has the added burden of showing prospects that they are financially viable and will be around to support the prospects potential $500K investment 3 years from now.

Brock and Babb may well turn this company around, but it seems to me that there are a lot more opportunities elsewhere. One of the lessons I have learnt from past mistakes is to avoid emotional attachment to a particular equity. Good or bad. My entire portfolio gets a regular review every few months (at most), and non-performers get dumped. Sure I've missed out on some turnarounds. But I'm pleased with the gains I've realized with my reinvestments.

I only participate on this thread for the benefit of Mike M and Roger. Oh, and Buddy M.
