I'm not too worried about cash etc. The most important thing in my mind was - Do they have a business? i.e. Do they have the GMR licked?

Since there are no discussions on this, can I assume that the GMR problem is under control and as such the company will move forward and the stock should recover some day.

note- long 3k shares at $6 1/4 today after I read the Samsung qual designed in and production ramp before end of Q.

The analysts asked about the draw down of the line of credit numerous times.
It appears that your analysis is correct - looks like the line was increased while A/P decreased in the 3/99 quarter - i.e. they burned cash to prepare for GMR. The cash balance increase was due to the draw down of the line. Looks like the banks are behind them - John K earned his pay!!
I will call Jane and ask her the question directly tomorrow - need a breakout of the line between 12/98 and 3/99 - still unclear if they used all of it.
Bad news is that they didn't have more definite good news on GMR - i think they are behind the Japanese and are planning to catch up by 8GB, 2nd generation of GMR.
I think that the next few days/weeks presents a buying opportunity.
