copy of info I PM'd FG earlier today below:

FG -- Brian Ransom, Director and Corporate Secretary from KYOM called me:

Company has no revenue, and thus no profits currently.

Letter of Memorandum with ISP in China. Next step is legal opinion and then legal
agreement all of which could take outside of a month. ISP is said to rank in the top 2 in
quality and top 4 in customer base. In China, ISP customers pay about $50/month.

Lottery is also in legal opinion stage. Lottery kiosks would be rolled out 200 over 12
months. 6% gross profit. Cost of kiosks = $150 per unit per month.

No such thing as $40 million financing package. They are in talks with $1 million financing
possibilities.

10SB to be filled after fiscal year (june).

New symbol due anytime now.
