Briefing.com on the H&Q Conference: 'Not many shocks or notable events from day one of the conference, though Briefing.com found quote from InfoSpace (INSP 134 7/8 +18 1/8) CEO that "no e-merchants will survive unless they become portals themselves" to be abnormally bold and compelling... In fact, in my humble opinion day one belonged to INSP and Inktomi (INKT 137 1/2 +11 1/16)... These behind the scenes Net companies truly offer huge upside... '
