Carl: CDN certainly seems worth more than its current price. The news out this morning involved replacing Mr Harding with Mr. Bingham as CEO. (I did make the call that Harding would be out - see #363). Presumably that is a positive. Yet, the board could have selected Mr. Bingham over Mr. Harding before but went the other way. Perhaps, Mr. Bingham needed seasoning and he certainly should have profited from the blunders made by Mr. Harding. Let's hope this is the start of a rebound. No reason this outfit can't get into the 40's in the intermediate term. Arnie H
