there is UFAC (Unity First Acquisition) UFACW and UFACZ.

W and Z are Wts, both warrants are good until 11/2002.
The class A wt, W has a strike of $5.50
the class B wt, Z has a strike of $7.50,

An equity filing has been made for UFAC in connection to the GraphOn acquisition.
