Kimberly & all: I believe VOCL could be heading north at a fair clip soon. It may not take full bloom tomorrow. Regarding the deal with China: From the Israeli Business News: "In the initial stage, the value of the project will be millions of dollars, and sources involved in its preparation estimate it will total $20 million. " globes.co.il The Wall Street Journal missed this, and it appears that most of the media did too. (See even reporters don't always do their DD). This is coming to an Internet IP/telephony company with a market cap of only $144.6M Needless to say this is not their only deal (also one with RNWK) and the German telephone company Deutsche Telecom owns are large chunk of them. biz.yahoo.com Compare them to IDTC with a market cap of $684M, and I think you will find this stock to be enormously undervalued, particularly if the China Telecom goes all the way with them: quote.yahoo.com Anticipating further news, I see this stock trading north of $20 near term (within a weeks time).
