Presence: Try being more direct with the company. They will explain the S8 to you. I was told that Bob Root failed to register 10 million shares several years ago. Until shares are registered, they cannot be used for consultants, employees,etc. I was told that the registration had no effect on the float. >>they told me their were no sellers left with stock, now all of a sudden there is an S-8 filed.<< They may have been referring to a pre-paid warrant situation. Check it out.
