Tim there is a whole grocery list of why we have done this split. But the two biggest reasons are because we are trying to get a little more liquidity in the trading. Also yes I am very... extremely serious about getting us qualified for a listing. This forward split is just the first step in the long journey to Small Cap or AMEX listing.... no I am not going to set a time frame on this, every time I do I usually regret it. But we are serious about getting a listing. On June 2, you will have twice the amount of shares you had at the close of June 1. But I have never heard of a brokerage that charges a fee for a split???
